Partly, I was lazy. Partly, well, I think people thirty fandoms away heard the sound of the Mass Effect fandom rending itself to shreds. Anyway, I finally finished – here's my take on why the ending works and why a lot of people didn't like it. <br /><br />If you hated it and really don't want to read a gabillion words about the brilliance of expounded themes, that's cool – you couldn't pay me to rewatch Jeremy Jahns either.
