i totally loved the sam weiss anagram, too, because i wasn't too enthused about him either up until now, but now he's interesting! or at least more relevant. i was thinking that he's maybe working with/for the other universe due to his association with the color red [like, when he instructs olivia to do the anagram, there's red involved, and the au is big on red, too].

unlike you, i totally didn't see the switch coming and i only began to suspect it when olivia returns to her apartment. so to me that was a big shock. i actually thought that peter deciding to stay in the other world would be the cliffhanger.
