It says a lot about my fannish circles that this is the first I've heard of this vid! And a lot about my fannish tastes that my reaction to watching it was back and forth between "yawn" and "eww!" Boys: still boring, whether there's blood or not.

On the other hand, I do see what the vid is trying to do, and I know the audience at which it is aimed, and I see why it would be an effective way to poke at the proclivities of that audience. But I can't quite manage to work up a strong opinion about any of it, I'm afraid.

Meanwhile, back I go to the world of female character-centred fandom. :)
