I think the whole issue of people falling in love with alternate versions of people they love is part of what I think is so far being wasted? Really? That's too bad. In the other show I'm watching real!verse character asked directly if his girlfriend loved his alternate better. If he'd ever be able to compare. All the issues were right out there.
But if Olivia's defining attribute is stoicism, she'll never ask. :-) And . . . if she remains consistent, still Olivia, she's still surviving and managing her demons one by one. Maybe the triumph is that she still remains Olivia, you know?
I'm so interested in her as a character that I'll be really happy with any growth in her. Any focus on her. It's sad because I have to kind of ignore Peter? But I've been ignoring him for 44 episodes. I'm used to it by now.
