Yeah, I was actually surprised how much I liked Young!Peter, though like I said I still can't quite connect him to grown up Peter. And I really think that even though it was full of manpain, Walternate was kind of tragic. But then, I have always sort of loved Walter(s), even though Walternate as a character is still firmly in the role of fascinating and understandable yet terrifying VILLAIN but I guess...idk. It feels less like manpain when I know that he becomes a giant evil git because of it? Or something? Like the sympathy that they're inviting isn't simple the way manpain often demands? IDK!

But I'm glad that you agree with me about the love/terror assessment. I think they probably did add the love BS for the whole stupid future thing but at the same time, apparently the voiceover guy with the whole Destiny thing was also a bunch of BS so I have a small amount of hope it won't be as painful as it could be.

The preview for next episode is actually kind of hilarious. And gives us zero idea of what's to come in the bits of the show we're scared of.
