Well, obviously I'm greedy for feedback so I'm totally up for you reading it.
I don't think you'll need too much context except that it occurs in the latter half of S2 where Apollo and Roslin just...aren't...talking after the whole Black Market thing. And that is a part of the show you've seen.
The only other two things I can think of is the talk at the beginning about Major Shaw - his XO - did something muchly bad, which I won't go into because it doesn't matter in the context of the piece and it's better to watch the episode.
Also that at the end of the piece, when Apollo has to make a tough call about whether or not to nuke a baseship even though Kara's onboard there's some tussling between him and Adama about how long they should wait/missing the window of opportunity/protecting the fleet/saving Kara sort of thing; so I wanted to give that some more context. I don't really feel that's spoiling anything for you since it's your standard Adama-Men-Angst-o-Rama that must occur any time both of them are commanding something... ;)
Nothing else that I can think of...
But if you decide you'd rather not read it and wait to see Razor I support you in that choice too. :)
Re: Not sure I should read this before I've seen Razor.
