Never seen Hancock, but a quick trip to Wikipedia fixed that.
I loved it and got most of the connections character-wsie, though I was unsure of the narrative/the story you are trying to tell (i.e. where does each story fit in the other's universe?). The moments at 0:15 and 0:44 where you connect the Hancock universe to the scorched Earth we find in BSG makes me think this is a "future-vid" of sorts? (future-fic/future-vid, whatever. :) )
Favorite moments:
0:37- flash of Sam's cylonic eye on "you said." Because that moment in the ep was really all about the communication. (OT: I loved your Scar/Kara/Sam vid, BTW. It's now my OT3.) 1:14-1:15- LOVES. All you see are her eyes over Hancock's shoulders, and it's SUCH a BSG-shot. (Most of the Hancock clips have the BSG shaky-cam thing going on, too.) 1:51- I love that it ends with more scorched earth over the heart monitor. The beating heart reminds me of the signal that led them there.
I also really like the general musicality of it, too. Like from 0:57-0:59, where the movement of the fingers follows the singer's voice. Nice.
Thanks for a great vid, and sorry about the confusion.
