...that snuck up on me! And somehow I managed to not really check my flist all day and thus missed it.

I don't really think inflicting a long, weird diatribe about video editing programs on an obscure OS counts though.

So.

I have no ideas, but I like the idea of Joy lots. Therefore, comment here and ask me for a story. I will do my best to provide it, though I cannot promise it will be long. Or timely, though I'll try my damnedest.

Re: the time John jumped ahead, we are never given a straight answer. So, yes, given the ages of Kyle, Derek and Allison, I'd say it's probably fair to guess anywhere between 17 and 20 years? Ish? I also think you have A LOT of latitude here though, given that the concept of time travel and alternate timelines is never really explained...
