Honestly, though, after the second season of Alias, you're better off just watching the occasional Irina episode and not worrying too much about the rest. They never destroy Sydney, that I recall, but the whole show just because less sense-making and awesome. And frankly, Olivia>Sydney, dammit! :p
(Of course, having reached the end of the second season, Fringe may follow Alias in its nosedive!)
