madenglishbloke for thanks to him, and some terrifying (well, okay, dead easy) computer home surgery, I now have a gig of RAM and a much less sluggish operating system!
Seriously I've gone from a resting rate of using about 70 - 80% and peaking at 90% of my RAM to using 40 - 50% and peaking at 60% of it which is a huge difference.
So yeah,madenglishbloke is a DUDE.
