I ACCIDENTALLY BROKE THE TYPING TEST!

For the record - this isn't true. What I realised was happening was that my internet connection was shoddy. The whole website would freeze (including the timer) while I kept typing, then the thing would wake up, the second would tick down, and all, like, eight words I'd typed in the meantime would suddenly show up too. In - as far as the computer was concerned - a second.

It wasn't intentional, but it is hilarious. I got position 57 of 68132!

Best way is to really slow down your connection, like download loads of stuff at the time and use a crummy browser like IE instead of Firefox?

I got 64 words per minute on the first attempt and 85 on the second.

I'm pretty sure the 56 people who scored higher than me were glitching the system either accidentally or intentionally too ;)

When I did it properly I got about 90 the first time, then I managed to average 95 - 105 after that. Which was a fair bit faster than I was expecting, actually!
