Oooh this is very kinetic and shiny. Fantastic editing and awesome musicality (assuming as always that that word means what we think it does. :D) What a great song for Sam and your editing and clip choice is just perfect for it.

Yeah, I got a great song for this prompt, and I'm happy I managed to, um, do that musicality thing we both think we know what it means. Being soooo familiar with BSG, apparently even after all this time, meant I could be a bit faster and looser with the editing - I'm glad the kineticism came through!

Wow, very appropriate song. Also, it took me a few times to watch to get past "Michael Trucco is so gorgeous," but I really like how this weaves together.

Thanks! It is hard to get past "Michael Trucco is so gorgeous," I agree, but I'm happy that even after that milestone, the vid still hangs together. All kudos to sabaceanbabe for the awesome song!

Great vid and song choice. I don't think I've ever come across another video just dedicated to Sam, which is too bad because he's an interesting character.

Thanks! When I listened to the prompt music I knew it'd be a good match. You're right, most of the vids that have Sam in them are ship vids of one sort or another. Though I do know of sabaceanbabe's Blue on Black (http://sabaceanbabe.livejournal.com/196157.html) which is still sort of shippy but at least from Sam's POV which was certainly unusual at the time since it was pre-S4.

I also made Sammy: 2,029 Years (http://beccatoria.livejournal.com/106203.html) which is about Sam, although in has a fair amount of ship in it.

Yeah, the section from about 1:00 onwards was definitely the part I wanted to vid when I first heard the song. It's such a good song choice!
