Yeah I think - especially having read cyborganize's comment below that they just really failed to make it clear what the hell was going on with him. I'm sort of okay with the lack of explanation about her leaving the castle since I assume it'll be revisited, but there was so little explanation of the central relationship here and therefore the Queen's motivations in using the genie to kill her husband, that it's one more thing on the pile of BUT WHAT IS GOING OOOOOON, you know?
