Ears and Gayness

On Saturday I got my ear pierced again (helix piercing up at the top of my left ear). I haven't had anything pierced since my lobes at seven. So I wasn't entirely sure what to expect since I pretty much decided to do it, like, five minutes before I was signing away a chunk of my ear.

I figure I'm probably being girly, but it really hurt! Well, for like, twenty seconds. Then again, I later discovered that cartilage piercings are, relatively speaking, quite painful, and the miserable bugger who did the piercing didn't numb it up or anything first. So yeah.

But it hardly bled at all last night, and I slept on it fine (though it does still hurt if I touch it at all. Considering it can take up to a year to heal properly that's not so bad, really.) Anyway I think it looks pretty nifty. So score one for holes in my ear.

Today I was blamed for slash fiction for the second time! This time it was Star Wars girlslash. Clearly force-feeding him all those Star Wars Audio Books eventually either broke him or converted him. Since all roads eventually lead to girlslash where Mr R's concerned, I'm inclined to say I converted him... ;)

Either way, I have no idea if anyone on my flist would be interested in Star Wars Girlslash, but just in case, here you go: Cellmates

Hahaha thank you for the props and also apologies for the story. I blame the narrator's dull voice...I really did think that Mara's astounding revelation about the slave circuit controller was going to be, well, as it ended up being in the above story.

It's pretty god awful, but I'm happy I at least got to hint at Leia/Tarkin. ^^

The slave-circuit storyline was clearly so interesting I've forgotten it entirely. Though I haven't gone back to listen to any of the Bantam stories yet soooo...

We all know Leia/Tarkin is your OTP. ;)

With regards to the narrator's voice, is it scary that I heard the entire thing that "generic audio book narrator voice," you develop in your head after listening to a gazillion of the things? :p
