On a personal note: This vid, obviously, marks the completion of our Season 4.0 vidlet project. It's been a wild and awesome ride. I hope everyone who's been watching has enjoyed it and enjoys the final (and slightly longer) installment. We hope to keep the project alive in some form when the series finally returns in '09. By then I will be responsibly employed (well, I'd better be!) and have less time to sit around cutting footage on my laptop. For a project this awesome, though, I'll find time. Thanks everyone for all the feedback you've provided throughout - I'm really glad we saw this through!

Date: 2008-07-07 11:54 pm (UTC)I THOUGHT BILLY LOOKED AWFULLY WORRIED.
I REMEMBER THE FIRST TIME MY DAUGHTER ASKED ME ABOUT GOD.
Hahahahaha this is amazing. Sorry, I'm finding it impossible to quote from it without capslock (and I had to limit myself to three). And as usual, the editing is surprising and perfect. I really like the fade from Lee's hand on the button to pointing at the book, and how you used the camera swivelling all around at 1:25.
*applause*

I want to share these vids with my good friend and fellow bsg fan, as I mentioned elsewhere, but not to download (just in case). What's the easiest way to do that? Should I link him to the first vid (#20) and tell him to scroll and find the others? Or are these links listed anywhere, like the archive2?

Date: 2008-07-08 11:26 am (UTC)CAPSLOCK IS ENTIRELY APPROPRIATE BECAUSE D'ANNA IS DISGRUNTLED! :P
Thanks for the compliment about the hands-transition: we were trying to work out how to keep the pointing to the charts in there and I figured all the hands might make a good bridge leading towards the handshake so I'm superpleased you liked that part.
Also YES! The swivelly bit! I love that bit: it was totally
Thanks so much for taking the time to comment. Also your icon = complete WIN.

Date: 2008-07-13 01:20 am (UTC)The vids were all so totally great! This last one is one of my favorites. I love that Tory was in the scene with the words 'I remember when my daughter asked me about God'! The revered Tory... maybe she'll never be horsewhipped now.
Thanks again to you and
