My total guess is that we'll have to wait until issue four for that. I'd guess that the next issue will be about establishing Earth as the 13th Colony having been lead there by Kara/Pythia/Aurora and then the fourth will be a jump forward to the Final Five and the messengers who told them to rebuild resurrection. We know that Sam saw a woman while Tory saw a man; mayhaps it was Kara, not Head Six? That said, Aurora seems to like manifesting physically and he seemed to be talking about something less tangible.
I'm desperately hoping that if there's a jump forward to where Kara goes after leaving Earth or something in the finale it's really oblique and doesn't directly reference much of the finale so I can still include the comics in my personal canon... *crosses fingers!*
