No, seriously!

Me, the boy and the friend who we live with were chillin' in the living room. Our living room is a geek's living room. There is a cardboard cutout of a stormtrooper in the window. There is another of R2D2 with his little chrome dome sticking out just above the windowsill. We've also got a Master Yoda from Attack of the Clones - one of those mini displays they had in cinemas - hiding our vacuum cleaner, right next to the fridge.

So anyway, we're chillin' in the living room when the door bell rings. We run downstairs and open it to see who's there, and it's HAN SOLO IN CARDBOARD CUTOUT FORM!

Someone rang our doorbell, ran away, and left a cardboard Han Solo with a sign taped to him, saying, "Help! I've lost my Millenium Falcon! Can I hang out with Artoo and the Stormtrooper? (A little short isn't he...?) Thanks! Han."

So we stuck a sign on him saying "Thanks!" and put him in our window next to the others. We're gonna see if we have room for Master Yoda too, cos we don't want him feeling left out.

So, yeah. That was pretty awesome and kind of restored our faith in the universe, just a little, since usually you get the piss ripped out of you for having cardboard cutouts in your window, not encouragement. Plus it made up for an otherwise shitty day.

ETA: Look! Grainy pictures of the note on Han Solo, Han Solo and, because I was bored and it was on my phone, what happens when you're playing Necromunda and you're really bored and decide that you should incorporate your boyfriend's old Boglin named Slobster. And if you don't remember Boglins, you have NO RIGHT TO CALL YOURSELF A CHILD OF THE 80S!!
