An Embarassing Dilemma...
Nov. 22nd, 2009 11:35 amOkay, so, the movie 2012 finally came out here a week or so ago and...despite thinking it would not be very good, and despite having a pet hate for the myth that the Mayans thought the world was going to end in 2012 (it's just when their calendar rolls over, they didn't ascribe world-ending importance to it), I was gonna go and see it.
Why, I hear you ask?
Because this man is in it:
Except, yesterday Addy went and watched it and told me it was absolutely, ridiculously, mindbreakingly awful and really, no prettiness is worth it, honestly, save yourself, Becka, FLEE! And since my plan was to see it this afternoon, I'm in a bit of a dilemma.
