As some of you may have noticed if you've downloaded any of my recent vids, playing them in anything other than Windows Media Player (or, oddly, Zoom Player) screws with the aspect ratio and makes them display as 4:3 rather than 16:9.
And every time I tried to resize them I ended up with jerky playback and poor quality. However it turns out that while I am oddly unable to convert .wmv to .avi without it screwing up, I can convert .wmv to .mp4 in some totally different conversion program (that won't actually let me change the aspect ratio) and then convert .mp4 to .avi JUST FINE. Yes. This is highly weird. I am, however, not going to question it and instead have simply replaced the screwed up .wmvs with rather lovely .avis.
The upshot is that Hummingbird Song, Ghosts and Tricks are now all available from http://beccatoria.babealicious.net as .avi files that will display in the correct aspect ratio in (hopefully) all players. YAY.
Also, the site now has links to the Tomorrow Project and The Ladies' Choice!
