Srsly, I think there's something wrong with me. I just...didn't think it was that awesome...

*hides from the thrown vegetable matter*

I mean, it was quite funny in some parts and the songs were great and it was free so I'm not about to start demanding better, but yeah. I didn't really think it was as clever as I think it thought it was. I didn't find the tone-change at the end unexpected or overly affecting, I was pretty much expecting it and it happened in a rather cliche fashion. And it's nothing I haven't seen done elsewhere and better. Well, okay, untrue for the musical aspect which was the one totally awesome thing about it, I will grant. But true for the supervillain videoblog and the rest of the toying with the comic/superhero genre stuff.

So yeah. Dr Horrible: Not That Awesome.

In other news I have to get my hair cut today because it is like, down to my hips and that is patently ridiculous. Unfortunately I have an inexplicable fear of hairdressers. *wibble*

Hello all -

As some of you may have noticed if you've downloaded any of my recent vids, playing them in anything other than Windows Media Player (or, oddly, Zoom Player) screws with the aspect ratio and makes them display as 4:3 rather than 16:9.

Rather bizarre explanation of how I fixed the problem, that no, I can't explain either. )

The upshot is that Hummingbird Song, Ghosts and Tricks are now all available from http://beccatoria.babealicious.net as .avi files that will display in the correct aspect ratio in (hopefully) all players. YAY.

Also, the site now has links to the Tomorrow Project and The Ladies' Choice!

Hooray for being up to date! And all hail my mighty vidspace providing overlord Julie! \o/
