So, daybreak777 has been hosting an Itty Bitty Viddy Ficcy Thon! It includes prompts for up-to-20-second vidlets and there are some pretty great ones over there, including a few by me. Since it ends tonight and I'm not going to have a chance to make anymore, I figured I'd collect them up here. I think most of you have already seen them and commented, etc., but yay! Archival!

And evidence that even for those of us not at D*Con, this weekend was a fun and exciting event.

This was awesome fun, and frankly, we ought to do it again some time so I can get over my inability to vid anything but BSG! (I did consider doing TSCC but all the prompts were...tricksy and seemed to demand better knowledge of the source than I had, the Farscape ones didn't quite click with me and most of the other shows I don't watch. BOO! But if there's a next time, I'll try harder!)

Because clearly, ten just wasn't enough, here is the first of two planned bonus vidlets to round out my thearchive2 project to a Cylonic dozen. The next one will be for the actual bonus challenge (crossover) but this one is Mod's Choice, and the Mod chose a remix.

So, had an idea for another 10 second vid this week too, and managed to get it done in double-quick time on my snazzy new laptop. I was right: laptop definitely > financial health! XD Yayz!

So anyway:

Also, perhaps I should sign up at imeem... I'm kinda loathe to do so because I don't quite understand these newfangled web 2.0 things, and I certainly love having a website so that people can choose to download it (thanks again, Julie!), because that's my preference. But a lot of people seem to like imeem? Certainly it seems less dodge than YouTube? Especially for snippets like this, imeem might be more accessible to people?
